I transport my 24" split ring equatorial in a enclosed 4'x6' util.
trailer. The tube asm. without optics rides on top the trailer.
The nice think about this setup is after a remote star party
I can just park the trailer, remove the tube asm. an I am ready for the
next star party. No need to unload a truck, van or car after a sleepless
weekend. You can also use the trailer for a nice dry place to sleep
at the star party.
