Greetings!

I heard somewhere (sci.astro.astronomy, I think)
concerning a substance called Collodion which has
been used to clean mirrors.

I am thinking of cleaning my 7" refractor
which is at this point fairly dirty and perhaps
a 10" mirror.

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with
it and where one could purchase it.

I was wondering if it can remove fingerprints from
eyepieces.
