Steel drums aren't as common as before (I can't remember the last time
I saw one). However, PLASTIC drums are very common. Or, how about
the method (I think this is in Sam Brown's book) where you fill a small,
round washtub with cement and stick a pipe into it? Round washtubs are
hard to find these days, but a 5 gallon pail (used for paint, drywall mud,
etc.) is easy to find (subcontractors throw them out all of the time).

Fine Grinding!
