If unglazed tiles are not available, how would 1/4" plate glass cut into 1"x1" or larger tiles do? Would they need a good bevel also? Scrap 1/4" plate is plentiful, and could be RTV'ed to the tool face, and easily removed when ready to grind a new blank. Your comments are appreciated. Vic
