Willmann-Bell publishes a two-volume set of reprints from the Maksutov
Circulars. Vol. 2 contains a 20-page article on "Fiberglass Applications for
the Amateur," by N. J. James, along with articles on fiberglass by C. G.
Scarborough, D. Ortwein and Allan Mackintosh.
