(ATM) ATM e-zine

Hi all!

It looks like some people think an ATM e-zine is a moderately good idea.
However, the question of access by those with only e-mail or character
access to the internet was raised.  So I'm going to try to design something
that can be either browsed on-line, mailed to or downloaded by people.
Of course, e-mailing or downloading is bound to be a bit more complex
for the end-user, so bear with me here.
