I got some cutters from an asian supplier that advertises on
eBay.  He had saws up to six inches or so in diameter in metric
sizes. The five inch hole saw was aout twenty dollars or so as I
recall.  Bought them about a year ago
There is also strip metal available to make larger hole saws or
straight saws if you desire available in either continous
diamonds or interrupted diamond strips.
