[ATM] making diamond cutting tools

I'd like to make some diamond cutting tools. Have used carborundum charged
trepans in the past, but new project requires cutting small parts more
accurately. Can anyone suggest a source for:
*industrial diamond
*diamond charged solder ?
*What size diamond grit for small trepans (.5 - 2in diameter)

I was going to use plain silver solder and a torch - does anyone have
experience making tools like this?
