Re: [ATM] Flat making on You Tube
. Spent the next two years getting myself back up to a level
where I could function again.
My father had an operation back when he was young and told me to
never get one done as it was never right afterwoars. I ingerited
his bad back and have kept on doing exercises to keep up the
strength of my back. Even then, back problems have always dogged
me and something like a box of paper is a major lift for me.
Semething like a bag of cement is something that I get others to
lift and shoveling that into a concrete mexer is my day's work on
my back. Been there and done that too many times! I often
prefer to doing things sitting down or at the least leaning onto
a chair like when working at a mill or lathe as this takes the
stress off of my back.. Ya learn to ive with such problems after
a while.
Keep up doing exercises and learn how to relieve the forces on
your back and you will eventually feel better as time slowly
marches on and you learn the techniques to keep pressure off of
the back and do them automatically.Sadly, I do know about back
problems.
Bent over one day to dry my feet and found myself on the floor
