Open out a double sheet of newspaper and wrap it round until the paper
overlaps itself. You now have a straight square edge. Mark the tube
round the edge of the paper and cut the tube with a power jigsaw or a
hacksaw. If you're not bothered about keeping your hands or a straight
edge, go ahead and use the circular saw :)
