Is the prescription for the complete optical system published
anywhere?

As for finding a Zerodur on Ebay, there is one presently
available. Price is 15000 USD, but specs are not given:

Will I bid? No chance! I am having way to much fun making the
same size mirrors with plate glass that I will not cry about
losing to breakage, theft or vandalism. However, this could
be some kind of precision flat that would justify the price,
but the seller isn't telling us about that.
