I think CG means "center of gravity" of the part - the balance
point or mechanical center of each of the bars and triangles.

"X" and "Y" are the sideways and vertical positions of each of the parts,
measured at the CG of each part. For example, if the position of the CG
of a bar was given as x -5 and y 5, that would mean that it was 5 inches
to the left and 5 inches up (or whatever units you are calculating in).

Radius and angle is the same information about the layout in a different
form: distance from the center and which direction. (0 degrees is to the
right, 90 degrees is straight up, 180 is to the left, 270 is straight down.

So "radius 5 inches, angle 90 degrees" would be the same position as "y 5 inches,
x 0 inches", it would be a location 5 inches up from the center in either case.

For a straight bar the CG is in the middle; for a triangular shape you can find
it by drawing lines from each corner to the middle of the opposite side.
