[ATM] Null Line

In other discussions, I happed on what I think has been called
"the null line":

    http://users.rcn.com/rflrs/dbl03-10x.atm   ATMOS input file
    http://users.rcn.com/rflrs/dbl03-10x.len   OSLO input file
    http://users.rcn.com/rflrs/dbl03-10x.txt   TEXT prescription

and:

    http://users.rcn.com/rflrs/dbl03-11x.len   OSLO input file

    http://users.rcn.com/rflrs/dbl03-11x.zmx   ZEMAX input file

You can see the second one is not precise -- I think the "line"
is actually just west of S-BAL2.
