Anywhere you find convenient!  Most put it up by the focuser so
that you can gain easy access to it standing at the EP.  I've
also seen it nestled at the back end of some of the larger scopes
at the back of the scope mestled amongst other finder scopes.
I usually put oneas far forward as possible to gain mor4e eye
relief and just above the focuserso that I hove to only move my
hed a few inches to see the rings -p.s. you look forward throught
the device rather than down at it!  The glass screen is to
reflect the rings back to the observer and thus be able to see
all of the sky without problems.
