Nice drawing!
Any particular reason for using rings with a square-ish outside? You
might consider circular or octagon rings as it would not only reduce
weight, but also reduce the length of your curved vanes (=> less
vibrations on the secondary mirror).
Also, using just 4 tubes between the rings would probably be good
enough. The 3 extra tubes will do very little for the stiffness of the
cage unless the rings are very thin (which doesn't seem to be the case).
