I also use a Baader filter. Used to use a Thousand Oaks filter, I believe
inconel on glass, but the Baader is far better that the TO filter. In fact I
removed the TO filter from it's aluminum mounting ring and replaced it with
the Baader material. The result was much better images of the sun with 5"
F10 MakCass.
