[ATM] Celestron Skyscout.

Has anyone seen this new product: Celestron skyscout?

This has the potential to be used instead of digital encoders/setting 
circles.

I've mailed them to find out the pointing accuracy and if they will update 
the firmware
at a later date with more deep sky (only comes with 100 deep sky objects).
It states that updates are available via USB connection.

If it gets within a degree of the target it could be useful. Not needing 
encoders fitted would
be a great boon as this is the hardest part of building setting circles into 
a dob.
