I thought Richard started it.... On the atm_free yahoo group and then there
was some back and forth math comments.  Then Bob cross posted ATM list.

I imagine that if I knew math better, I would be much more capable of
turning my imaginings into reality.

That Samuel Johnson quote drove a stake into the chest of it, I believe.
