Hi, Everyone!

Thanks very much for your thoughts and suggestions.  I guess we're going to
try going with an f/6.

But, I think I've created a monster, too.

Over the last winter, I made an 8" travelscope, and she's thinking that
she'd like to have a mini-travelscope, and she thinks the truss style is
'cool'.  I'm starting to formulate a 'plan of attack', but since I've never
seen one that small it might be an exercise in futility.  Even so, I think
I'll give it a try.  I'll make sure to post pics of it, assuming that it
works out.  Maybe she'll even enter the Stellafane youth competition next
summer, like she's mentioned to me a couple times.

NEW QUESTION:  Anyone have any ideas for cool and interesting scopes and/or
mounts that would work well for a 4.25" f/6?
