[ATM] parallelogram binoc mount

Hi Michael, All,
I built a parallelogram mount for my brother's
10x50's. I was astounded at the improved views. I
strongly recommend hands-free binoc viewing!
There are several websites out there with images.
Here's mine, patterned after Jan Van Gastel's version,
