Re: [ATM] Venting Holes in a solid OTA

Bob,

I posted about the Catalytic Ozone Converter that neutralizes the ozone
generated by ionic filter/air movers. See:
http://www.engelhard.com/Lang1/xDocID1C246AA750644B689533A6B49D258C87/xDocTable_Product/Tab_Overview/TechnologyClassID0/MarketID0/TechnologyID844A7CA0DEB74555B79B03C85676D084/ApplicationID0/up1/SubSiteID0
The great advantage of the ionic air movers is there is zero vibration
because there are no moving parts, unlike a fan that needs to be isolated
from the OTA. Plus there is the added advantage of electrostatic dust
filter.

For making holes in sheet metal I use one of these pneumatic nibblers
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=46061 They
are often on sale at Harbor-Freight Tools for $19. One needs a good-sized
compressor to run the nibblers though at 17.5 CFM @ 90 PSI.
