I would pick the one with the lowest speed, if there is any difference, 
and the highest power.  You are going to have to reduce the speed down 
considerably with a series of pulleys.  The Mirror-O-Matic shows a 
simple arrangement for this.  I went a different route with some 
salvaged machine components and used a variable speed drive and a speed 
reducer.  Cheaper but a lot more work :-)   You can take a look at my 
machine for ideas.  don't be put off by all the metal work,  you could 
do the same with 2x4's and plywood,  I am a machinst and tend to move 
toward making everything out of metal :-)
