[ATM] Care package to Mahmood - ON THE WAY !

The package is on the way. Mailed Monday and it should arrive in 4-6 weeks.
Package weight was 63 pounds 9-1/2 ounces and is in a box 29X24X9 inches.
Could have mailed USPS 1 week delivery for $225.00 or UPS 2-3 day delivery 
for $585.00. Chose the one that fit our budget $98.30 plus $3.50 for insurance
via USPS. That plus the Berry book and incidentals pretty much used up the 
contributions.  I will make a better total once I get back home mid November.
 
Received the following from Dave Smith who deserves credit for the small first
surface mirrors and 9u grit.
 
Thanks to all that offered and those that sent in items for the guys in Pakistan. 
I'm sure they will have a lot of fun this winter pushing glass...
