[ATM] changing urls

For the first time since I joined the 'net, I am having to switch IPs.

New amateur astronomy url is http://www.bbastrodesigns.com/aa/aa.html

Finally, a few have asked that I 'advertise' where I am speaking next.  Next 
up is Bainbridge Island, WA, in the Puget Sound area, Nov 13 Sat, 3pm. 
Topic is servo control and comparisons to stepper control, along with a 
little history of computer controlled telescopes.
