[ATM] My Briefcase Telescope Article

Hi everyone,

A while ago I posted a message about the creation of my 8" Briefcase
telescope. Since then I wrote an article for my local astronomy club
newsletter describing how it was designed and how I made to fit into such a
small briefcase. The newsletter also has some really cool articles including
one showing how to make a knife-edge focuser.
