Thanks.  I'll look into this, but, if Apache were down, the web page 
wouldn't be up.  Mailman and Qmail are the things reposnible for mail 
transport.  I have an email from the list time stamped two hours after 
this message.  Just got one more after I sent a test.  Maybe a slow day? 
Happens.  Did you send any mails that didn't get posted?
