You have the author and title mismatched I think.

Allyn J. Thompson wrote "Making Your Own Telescope"  a copy of which I have
in mint condition 11th printing 1980, with the original slip cover.

Jean Texereau wrote "How to make a Telescope" also one I have a mint
condition copy of printed in 1984 by William-Bell. Unfortunately I do not
have the slip cover.  This copy I had shipped to me from a guy in Australia!
