No Jay, you took it all wrong.

 "People used to burn books once", yes
but they sung Horst Wessel song doing it, and this was wrong,
 not the books burning in itself.
What was new  in "ATM-trio burning proposal" is to burn them 
without singing Horst Wessel song.
This is great novelty and example why the old methods 
should be abandoned and replaced with radically new ones.
( like one proposed).  

I know I am not up to original sarcasm but still......I am learning and trying.
And to quote Jay: "What else am I going to be doing besides annoying
the Richard ?"

Horst Wessel (b. September 9, 1907, Bielefeld, Germany -- d. February 23, 1930, Berlin, Germany) joined the Nazi party in in 1926. He was killed by political enemies   in a fight in his  rooms in Berlin. Glorified as a martyr to the Nazi cause, his song became the official Nazi anthem.
