[ATM] FigureXP Update, Gif Bug fix

Found the bug with my home brewed Gif files and MsPaint or Windows Preview / 
Thumbnail view.  The bug was fairly simple, while I created the Gif header 
correctly, I failed to actually populate it with data :0  (Amazing that the old 
Gif files worked at all..)

In addition to the bug fix, I also added a progress bar to indicate the 
"Something" is happening while the Gif file is being created..

New version 3.1.4 downloads are in the same locations as before:
