[ATM] atm death

Many list members knew Howard Moore of Chino Valley AZ.  He died of a heart
attack October 5th.
We worked closely in partnership on many atm projects. He left much atm
glass and equipment. Contact me regarding its disposal.

I can't face the daunting task at this time of cataloging the stuff.
