Bob, did you mean 'Krylon' Ultra Flat black?  That's what I used for my
light shield, and the stuff is about as black as it gets.  It also
apparently sticks to unprimed plastic better than most spray paints.

Go get a can of Kyron Ultra Flat Black paint.  It is about the most
black
paint that you'll find for a decent price.  I've heard of optics people
using it as the reference black for an integrating sphere as it is so
black.
