[ATM] TEX Updates (call for compilers)

At the request of some users, I have made a few updates to TEX. Yes, it's not
as fancy as some of the other foucault data reduction software, but people
still use it. Aside from some minor bug fixes, features are:

1. Units are now saved in data files (so the rest of the world doesn't have to
remember to set units to mm).

2. Sets of readings can be saved and loaded (including mask info and # of
readings, etc.)

3. Linux version automatically runs $TEX_PSVIEWER (default value "ghostview")
to view graphics.

4. Monte Carlo graph now includes a "confidence" graph, which plots minimum
wave rating against confidence that the mirror is at least that good.

HOWEVER, I find myself without a Borland C development environment at compile
a DOS version. In fact, all I have right now is a Linux environment. SO if
any helpful readers out there would be so kind as to download the source and
compile it for other architectures, and send me the binary so others can
benefit, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Clear skies.
