The historical justification is that many of us seem to forget the
days when 9600 baud was fast and connect charges were by the minute.
The problem is that for surprising number of list members it is
STILL true!
This list has a Global membership and some of those members are
on the fringe of the Internet!
So let's think before we REPLY-ALL and also look at the bottom
of the message and remove the old text that may not be needed..
Oh yes... Plain Text only... all these things are to conserve bandwidth!
