Hello

I have an 8 foot satalite dish and wondered if there's any way to use it to do radio astronomy?

I have a set called Radio Jove that I got from a grant from NASA that decodes and allows you to record an audio sample to your computer of Jupiter or the Sun.  I soldered the kit together and it works just fine.  The only problem is that, in order to get the kit working, I have to set up a di-pole antinnea.  And you know my parents won't allow me to put up an antinnea in our yard.  

So is there anybody out there that would be interested in buying my Radio Jove receiver set?

Does anybody have advise about radio astronomy?
