[ATM] Mirror making workshops and W.B

For those interested, I have made a page listing some
mirror making workshops and such on my site,some 15
links for now, I will add more as time allows.
Maybe of more interest though,I have also typed out
the three pages of William Bells catolog and placed
them in the link for Blanks-Kits-Supplies,for anyone
who does not have access to this catolog.

Now a disclaimer...
My site is a free site, I make absolutely nothing from
this, so no im not looking for the hits,these pages
are just my way of hopefully simplifying things for
the Astronomy and ATM community.
