RE: [ATM] RE: RTV Silicone question

I heard from an Air Force Reserve sergeant who found it on the status board
of an old C-130, but couldn't find it in the standard nomenclature.  It was
included in the report for the commander after checking with the maintenance
chief.  When asked in the status meeting what NFG meant, the sergeant
reported:
