Hey, guys, fire away. I'm the building type anyway. I appreciate
all of the differing methods. You're not complicating things at all.
This is a learning experience for me, not try to get a scope as
quickly as possible. I have an 18" and a 10" so I'm not hurting for
photons 8^)

I decided to go with the f/4.5 first because it will be used as a
finder on my 18" and won't be pushed very hard. The f/8 will be for
my son as a planetary scope so I want that to be immaculate!
Hopefully I'll have mastered glass pushing after one mirror 8^)

Clear skies,
Bill Mitchell
PS. Probably won't go with a grinding machine just yet though 8^)
