The National Library of Australia has it (www.nla.gov.au, but use the
non-Java catalog search, the Java is very buggy).  If it were a bit
shorter I'd photocopy it, but libraries tend to get annoyed when you
copy 200+ pages.  The NLA is only a mile or two from here.
