I'd not bother as finding the ROC of each side will show up a difference at
some point of the measuring if you are really off for the direction that the
KE is traveling. You will find that 2 times the Sin of the angle of error
times the distance traveled will be the amount of the error. You will need
to have a fair bit of angular error in order to just see anything in the
results from the difference measured between the two sides.
