Ok, 
I can confidently say it is not astigmatizm, after
rotating the mirror 90 degrees(should have been 45
degrees)and setting up tonight for a test, the line or
flare both inside and outside of focus is gone,might
have been the hold down,but it does not make sense
that it was easier to see at low power then it was at
high power, im just glad it is not astigmatizm,but
baffled as to what it was,either the retaining clip or
something to do with the floatation cell... will have
to keep an eye on it, thanks for the help folks.
