Anthony, this has been known for years. I have been in contact with
Hay Rutten, and have promised him to provide a list of the typos, etc
I find. The bugs in the Mak design, in particular caught my
attention. He is very much interested to correct these things
and now that you have picked up on these too, I would urge
you to forward this email to Hay.... hru@oce.nl
