They do?  When did this happen?  Ettiquette dictates we shouldn't
maliciously trash a manufacturer, but discussing the properties of a
manufactured component or suppiled survice seems all right to me.  At least
so long as the discussion is informative and relates to telescope making.

I gave up on orthoscopic occulars years ago.  I switched to Plossls, though
I still use an Erfle from time to time.  And, I rarely use an eyepiece with
a focal length less than 12mm.  Also, I'm mostly happy with my Celestron
products.
