Sam,

sin(t) = r / ROC

 ROC   The desired radius of curvature
 r     The tool's center to cutting edge distance
       concave - the outer edge
       convex  - the inner edge
 t     The angle the cutting tool makes with the work piece
       or the cutting tools axis makes with the surface normal

Example:

   Cutting a concave surface with a 4" OD tool to a ROC of 90"

   sin(t) = 2 / 90

   t = 1.27 degrees  (1 degree 16.4 minutes)
