     Instead of Round Hole Pinch Blocks you might consider cutting "V Slots"
in each half. That way the Tube Diameter really isn't an issue as you can
adjust the blocks to accept whatever tube diameter you need too.
     I'm looking forward to hearing how the fans perform.
