Re: ATM 3-Vane or 4-Vane Spiders

Just wanted to stick my head in and say I'm very satisfied with my 3 vane
spiders I built, the 6 diffraction effects of not very noticeable, and the
construction was not very difficult.

Short piece of 1.5" diameter wood handrail for the center hub
3 Pieces of 1/2" Metal Box Strapping for the vanes
Some 1/4-20 rods JB-welded to the end of the vanes for centering
1/4-20 Nylon bolt in the center to hold the diagonal
3 small SS allen headed collimation screws
