The UV cure epoxies are used to cement lenses, and also
to do dental repairs. Edmunds sells the stuff IIRC. Cure
times are a few seconds depending to temp/thickness etc.
Maybe a glass substrate ground ~ spherical with a *thin* layer
of epoxy to form the paraboloid & give the stiffness and
resistance to warpage? CTE delta should be ok if the epoxy
is << thickness of the glass.
