I've been using an 'Astro' van (what else..:) for years now.
They have 4 x 8' beds, removable seats, all wheel drive &
reasonable mpg. Mine has almost 300k miles on the original
engine. Transmissions are weak though. I've used it to
transport scopes up to 36". Al kelly has the SWB version
of the Astro & uses it to haul his 17.5".
