Re: ATM Mirrors - cleaning fluids
One substitute for USP collodion is sold in an aerosol can, which makes it
convenient to apply.
It is Pre-Cote 33 Blue Spray protective coating from Universal Photonics, part
number LB0004
http://www.universalphotonics.com/
I've used it to clean my 20".
It dries quickly, then can be peeled off in large sheets which hold the dust and
dirt.
Like Collodion, the product is classed as a hazardous material, which makes
shipping more expensive.
The HazMat rating is:
Health 1
Flammability 3
Reactivity 0
Personal Protection "H"
