  Here's and interesting baffling solution that Steve Overholt just
presented to our Astronomy Club. The picture is of his ultralight "owl"
telescope.  You will notice that the baffle is "internal" to the upper
cage,  the idea is that there is much less surface area presented for
the wind to blow the scope around.

Incidentally this telescope weighs 59 pounds including the mirror - it's
made from 1/8" doorskin laminated onto 1" styrene foam.  Steve claims
that the elimination of the Serrurier truss in ultralight dobs
eliminates virtually all vibration problems.
