ATM A few camera questions

A few questions:

I've got this neat Camera of Olympus, and it could be contected to a
tripod, and I have a tripod. I looked ovcer all of the booklet of the
camera, and couldn't find any explainations of doing long exposures.
How do I do that?
Second of all, when I'll finish building my telescope, I'd like to
connect the camera to it, but I don't know how, since the lenses are
the same level of the camera:
